2005 Pink Ribbon Ride - Update

On Sunday we were up early again to head off to North Richmond  Panthers for the Annual Pink Ribbon Ride where we had to register on the day as we hadn't done it previously. An area had been set up at the back of the Club for bike parking. We arrived about 8.45am and at this stage there were a few bikes, and ample parking. Not that it was to stay that way for long as the bikes streamed in.  It was a fantastic sight to see so many clubs and single riders dressing themselves up as well as their bikes .
 

Pictures of men in pink tights are still in my head. Hopefully we will see some photo's soon. We also managed to catch up with a lot of the people from the other clubs that had Pyrmont Bridge Displays as well. The day turned out to be a very hot one, but an excellent one none the less. The trivia part of the ride was good too with our own Kelly Mullen, GRO's ride co-ordinator taking out the first prize.
 

The Club Attendance was just out of our reach though and was won by the Northside Social Riders with the Hawksbury Ulysses coming a close second by only one point . Congratulations to all the winners!!
