Post MOST (P Test) practice locations
Hi everyone

As promised (thanks to Yahoo group members of GRO and BA) I've got a few locations where the MOST test can be practiced. Please note that I have not personally visited these locations and therefore cannot be any more specific with directions.

HOMEBUSH: There is a great area for L platers to practice for their P plate test. The area is a blocked off section of road behind the road barriers near the corner of Bennelong Rd and Marjorie Jackson PWY, Homebush.

I'm not sure whether or not the P-test is actually marked out on the ground so it might be an idea to bring some plastic markers (available at sporting goods stores) a tape measure and a copy of the most test available here: http://www.girlsrideout.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=59

BEROWRA: The truck parking area in Berowra - take the old pacific highway north of Berowra, avoid the freeway and it's just past the turnoff, on the left. The MOST test has been marked out.

CAMPBELLTOWN: Campbelltown Uni (UWS) carpark near the childcare center... Am not 100% sure that this one still exists so might be a good idea to bring markers, tape measure and copy of test in case it's not marked out any more...

SUTHERLAND: TAFE at Loftus, has the markings in the front carpark.

If you find any other locations, please email LNG@girlsrideout.com and I'll add them to the list.

Cheers, Karla

Post Practising for MOST
Attention L platers!
Hi there,
Rachael and I found the spot at Olympic Park yesterday and it is partly marked out.
I'll be going out there again this saturday (26th) morning - so if anyone would like to come along that'd be great. It's very handy to watch eachother.
I'll also be going regularly for the next month or so.
Let me know if you'd like to meet up!
Megan

Hey Megan,

Would love to come but don't think I can on Saturday. Might try to get out there next Tuesday night tho if you want to go?

I was out at homebush on Saturday late afternoon with a friend that recently got his P's. He ran through the whole test with me. Heading out again today (Sunday) late afternoon when it is cooler. About 4.30pm

PS - just reading the other posts. The one I go to at homebush is in carpark 5. It is fully marked out. Don't think it is the same as the other Homebush one mentioned

There is a course all marked out at the Penrith Regatta Centre, entry from gate C, or D, turn right at the gates and stop just before the skydive hut, its on the left hand side. The only thing is, you obviously cant use it if there are learners on the day. I went last saturday but couldnt use it - tarnations... :x :x

Thank you so much for this post. The practise area is unreal. No traffic as it is blocked from the cars and very easy to get to. The u turn and most of the cone weave is still marked out, as is the 90degree turn.
Practised there for ages and then bit the bullet and went for my p's....and Passed :D/

Hi all, :newb: here!

Just wanted to advise that i found the MOST tests marked out at the Oak Flats train station car park, in Wollongong, i've been going there to practice most days, as I have my P's test coming up next Sat, eeek! :-o

Am thinking of re-marking the tests though, as some of the measurements are a bit inaccurate (according to the RTA MOST test printout i'm using), just thought i would let ppl know if anyone is in the Gong & doesnt want to go to Loftus or further to practice the tests, cheers! :thumbright:
